Ever since restarting to use myfitnesspal, I have not over ate. I’ve been able to have some M&M’s and not feel bad about it because I made it fit into my calorie allowance. Since tracking my calories I haven’t picked at my body as much. When I am eating healthier, I feel healthier mentally and physically.
I had a decent run yesterday. Not great but not my worst. Somewhere between 2-2.5 miles were complete. I really need to crack down on my running because my half is in the beginning of September so slacking off as much as I have been is not ideal in the least. There are a few more races I want to sign up for in the fall so I am forced to keep running and training. I don’t want to not run for a month like a did after my last and first half marathon. Gotta keep the spark alive.
