It&amp;#8217;s the end of the semester, and with that comes a lot of stress and anxiety..not to mention the workload. My sleep schedule is more messed up than it has been in a long time. My sister gets here in the morning though, thank the lord. I really need a face from home right now. Running has been not as consistent as I would hope for. It&amp;#8217;s mixture of a lot of things, but I think the mental battle is due to not having run a race since November and I&amp;#8217;m slowly losing the spirit of racing. But I know how much I love it, so I&amp;#8217;m not going to stop. I know once I get back to the states (which is two weeks from today, omg) I will get back into a regular running/life schedule. I had roast chicken with veggies and 3 small roast potatoes, 3 half pints, so 1.5 pints of cider and some mixed berry desserty thing. I am hoping to digest before I pass out for the night, as I already put on my workout gear to have Jillian Michaels kick my butt a bit. But, if it ends up being a rest day, that&amp;#8217;s fine because I had a great night where I won&amp;#8217;t let not working out or having a nice meal out make me feel guilty. It was perfect weather, but with perfect weather brings heaps of people to the Thames meaning dodging people was in full effect.
